These Terms of Service govern your use of celirae.com and purchases from CELI RAE. By accessing the site, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced here.

1. Store Information

CELI RAE is the trading name used for this online store. Customer support is available at support@celirae.com and by phone or WhatsApp at +86 156 7307 0636, during 9:00 AM–6:00 PM (UTC+8), Monday through Friday.

2. Eligibility and Acceptable Use

You must be legally capable of entering a binding purchase agreement in your jurisdiction or use the store with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian where permitted. You may not use the site for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, infringing, or harmful purposes, interfere with store security, or attempt unauthorized access.

3. Product Information

We try to present product descriptions, compatibility, sizing, materials, images, and colors accurately. Screen settings, lighting, handmade or decorative components, production batches, and measurement methods can create reasonable differences. Product materials, wrist fit, water resistance, and Apple Watch compatibility vary by item and must be checked on the product page before purchase.

Apple Watch is a trademark of Apple Inc. CELI RAE is an independent accessories retailer and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple Inc.

4. Orders

An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order but does not necessarily constitute final acceptance. We may refuse or cancel an order for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, payment problems, stock unavailability, shipping restrictions, or legal requirements. If payment was collected for a cancelled order, an appropriate refund will be issued.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, contact, and delivery information. Contact us promptly if a correction is needed; changes cannot be guaranteed after processing begins.

5. Prices and Payment

Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and may change without notice before an order is placed. You authorize the selected payment provider to charge the total confirmed at checkout. Banks and payment providers may apply currency conversion or other fees outside our control.

6. Shipping

Orders are normally processed within 2 business days. Standard shipping is $5 USD, and orders of $49 USD or more qualify for free standard shipping. Estimated transit is 7–14 days to the United States and 8–15 days to most other destinations after dispatch. These estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Additional details are governed by our Shipping & Delivery policy. CELI RAE covers customs duties and import taxes charged on eligible shipments as described in that policy.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and meet the eligibility requirements in our Returns & Refunds policy. Customers pay return shipping for non-quality returns. Approved damaged, defective, or incorrect-item claims are eligible for a free replacement or exchange. Approved refunds are normally processed within 2 business days after the returned parcel arrives and is inspected, although payment providers may take longer to post funds.

8. Limited Warranty

Eligible products include a 30-day limited warranty from delivery for covered breakage or manufacturing damage. Exclusions and remedies are described in our Warranty policy.

9. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the site content, branding, text, graphics, layout, and original creative materials are owned by or licensed to CELI RAE and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or commercially exploited without permission, except as allowed by law.

10. Reviews and User Content

If you submit reviews, photos, videos, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to provide it and that it is truthful, lawful, and does not violate another person’s rights. You grant CELI RAE a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, adapt, and use submitted content for store operation and marketing, subject to applicable privacy and consumer laws.

11. Third-Party Services

The store may rely on Shopify, payment processors, shipping carriers, 17TRACK, Judge.me, and other third-party services. Their systems may have separate terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party services beyond obligations that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site and services are provided on an “as available” basis. CELI RAE does not exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including non-waivable consumer rights. Where limitation is permitted, liability arising from a purchase will be limited to the amount paid for the affected product, except where a different remedy is required by law.

13. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses reasonably arising from your unlawful use of the site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the United States, without overriding mandatory consumer protections or dispute-resolution rights that apply in your place of residence. Any dispute must be brought before a court or other forum with lawful jurisdiction over the parties and the dispute. Before filing a formal claim, please contact us and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter informally.

15. Changes and Severability

We may update these Terms prospectively. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
