Before You Begin
Work over a clean, soft surface to help protect your Apple Watch and band from scratches. Confirm that the replacement band is made for a compatible case size.
Remove the Existing Band
- Take the Apple Watch off your wrist and place it face down on a clean, lint-free cloth or soft mat.
- If you are using a link bracelet or another band that separates, open or divide it first according to its clasp design.
- Press and hold the band-release button on the back of the Apple Watch.
- While holding the button, slide the band sideways out of the channel.
- Repeat for the other side.
Install the New Band
- Check the orientation of each band piece. Decorative or printed sides should face the intended direction.
- Slide the connector into the watch channel from the side.
- Continue gently until you feel or hear it click into place.
- Lightly slide the band left and right to confirm it is locked.
- Repeat for the second piece.
Do Not Force It
If the band does not slide smoothly, remove it and check the size, direction, and connector alignment. Never push, twist, or hammer a connector into place.
Do not wear the watch if the band slides freely without pressing the release button, does not lock, or appears damaged. Contact support@celirae.com with photos so we can help.
Jewelry and Link Bands
Open butterfly clasps, magnetic closures, removable links, or resizing mechanisms carefully. Use only the tool and instructions provided for that specific product. Avoid pulling decorative links, pearls, charms, or crystals while installing or removing the band.
